How to Buy At Surf-Sport

Dear Customers

Buying goods in our store is very easy!
We suggest that each of you, translate our web page into the language of your choice, using Google Translator, which you will find at the top of main and each sub-page of our store.

The buying process is very easy:
Select your desired product ( mark the size if required ) and add it to your cart. Select your country of delivery, select your delivery method and select your payment method. Click the "Order" button ( I order), you go to the next page. Here you can choose: register or place orders as a guest. Then you click the button -" Place Order ", go to the next page - enter your data and check the box - individual or company. If you check the company box, then you will have the opportunity to purchase goods without Polish VAT ( read below in the paragraph: Purchase without VAT ). Then you click the button -summary-you go to the next page, check all your data and click the order button. The whole order process is very intuitive.

Shipping of Goods:

We ship the ordered products, only to the countries of the European Union, except for the islands, which are an integral part of the country. If you want to purchase goods and send them, for example, to the island of Crete, which belongs to Greece, we do not see much of a problem, but in this case, there will be additional shipping costs occur. In this case, before purchasing, contact us at info@surf-sport.com to determine the additional charge.

For your reference – we ship by DPD speed courier and its partners for all EU countries . Depends on the country you come from the shipment time to your door will take 2-5 working days. Usually it takes 3 working days to most coutries which are located close to Poland.

Shipping Cost:

To facilitate your purchase, we use only one basic rate of 51Pln for all EU zone countries, on most of the assortment available in our store. However, we also have restrictions:
For 51Pln we can send a parcel up to 20Kg, with standard sized goods mixed in. For example -one Harness+ Swim Suit + other smaller products.
For 51Pln we can send any one sail up to size 7.8 + any one mast up to size 460 in one package.
For 51Pln we can send any one or two booms up to size 230 + small accessories in one package. However, if you would like to buy two sails, in that case you need to place two separate orders, which will have two shipping costs , each 51Pln
Note ! at the moment we do not have the ability to ship hard surfboards and wingfoil boards !

Payments :

For your convenience when pay to us, you can choose on our page Euro Currency. When you do so, the ammout in Euro for any product which you see on our page will be directly deducted from your Euro account without any addtional cost so in this case you save the cost for any exchange rate between PLN/EURO. 

When placing an order, you can choose two payment methods :

1) Fast transfer - realized by our local intermediary -PAY-U. In this case you will be redirected to the PAY-U website and you can pay with any credit or debit card or Apple and Google Pay.
In this case, we receive payments from our operator instantly, so if you have placed an order by 12:00 pm on a given business day, it will be shipped the same day.
Note: Before purchasing, check your daily limit on your card for online purchases. We know from experience that different banks set a low default limit for daily online spending. If this situation occurs, raise your limit before you make your order. Otherwise, your card payment may not come thru.

2) Traditional transfer - you can pay directly in Euro ( Please change for Euro Currency on our page ) to our account number :

In this case, we will ship the goods only after we receive the payment on our account. We do not ship purchased goods on payment bank confirmations sent to us!

Purchase Without Tax ( VAT )

Buying In Surf-Sport , if you have a company registered in the EU Zone, you can buy the product without VAT, directly during the purchase process.
When you will fill in all the required fields with your data, select the field-business, then put your company name and your VAT identification number, then check the box : purchase with 0% Vat rate.

Note: Before you enter your data, please check if your company is registered and active in VIES system: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation

After your purchase , we will issue a VAT Free Invoice for you on the data from the VIES system and send it by email.
Please note that the data you enter on our website must be identical to the data in the VIES system.

The entire purchase process without VAT is automated on our website. Before confirming your order, you will see the final purchase price without 23% Polish VAT.
